Terms of Service

I reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time with or without notice.
The following information is for all commissions, auctioned artwork, and adoptables whether they are paid, traded or free.  By sending a Commission Form, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following Terms of Use.

Ordering Information

Commission forms are to be sent as a note or kaesken@live.com or Discord Obsidian#1345.
Orders are first pay, first serve in the queue.
All orders are nonrefundable after sketch is accepted and approved.
Commissions can be rejected for any reason.
There will be no deadlines on commissions.
Completed commissions will be e-mailed.

Auctioning Information

Do not bid on a piece if you do not have the funds.
Bidding ends 2 days after the last bid with no other bidders.
Starting Bid (SB) and Auto-Buy (AB) is listed per piece.
Winning bids are nonrefundable.

Payment Method & Information

All payments will be made through Paypal Invoicing.
DA Points are only accepted on very rare occasions.
Your e-mail is required to send a Paypal Invoice.
Commissions will begin once full payment has been sent.

Credits & Permissions

I reserve all artistic rights for my artwork.
Removing the Obsidian Kaesken signature is prohibited.
Commissions are for personal use only.
Commercial use is available at extra cost.

I'm searching for pixel artists for Kaeska.  If you are interested, please send me a note or email me at kaesken@live.com with samples of your work.  Any type of pixel artist is acceptable.

My birthday is coming up!

So, I'm holding a Happy Birthday Art Raffle! To enter, you must SHARE this post and COMMENT "Happy Birthday" on that Facebook post!

I will announce a random winner on April 7th and post the art on April 15th (my birthday)!

* Animations will be facial movements such as ears, eyes and mouth. Possibility of certain minor animations can be discussed but not guaranteed (I am not without reason, I'll attempt to do the animation you'd like but please do not be discouraged if I cannot do the animation outside of ears, eyes and mouth).

* NEW:  I'll be making Flash dollmaker games which I have included in my Patreon rewards. *

In addition to submitting my pixel art on my DeviantART and FurAffinity accounts, I will be giving early access to all my digital and pixel art (excluding commissions) on my Patreon account.

Goals Information
Everyone will have access to my livestreams via Picarto.TV but once a goal of $50.00 or more a month has been reached, I will be subscribing to Picarto and begin recording all my livestreams.
When a goal of $100 or more a month has been reached, I will begin a private channel via Picarto for all $100 or more Reward Tier Patrons.
When a goal of $500 or more a month has been reached, I will be able to dedicate a set time to livestream four times a week and provide additional animation tutorials.
When a goal of $1,000 or more a month has been reached, I will be able to dedicate a set time to livestream every day.
When a goal of $2,000 or more a month has been reached, I will begin a private channel via Picarto for all $50 or more Reward Tier Patrons.
